Recognizing each client has a unique story, we tailor every treatment plan to best meet their individual needs. We cater our counseling services for each individual to assist them in overcoming psychological and emotional issues within their daily lives.

The overall process at Ascend Behavioral Health and Wellness provides the guidance needed for necessary changes to take place in a person’s life. We create Treatment Plans that map out these changes, and provide guidelines for how change can occur. Both counselor and client coordinate to decide what goes into each plan.

Our treatment program utilizes the most advanced, evidence-based practices available, including a multitude of traditional, holistic and alternative therapies designed to treat the mind, body, and spirit. We help each client find the tools and support they need to recover from their substance abuse and live a healthy, fulfilling life.

Treatment must be tailored to patient needs. Because addiction often co-occurs with a broad range of other health problems, effective treatment planning must also address other medical, including mental health, conditions as well as a patient’s nutrition and exercise needs.
