The counseling will include, but is not limited to, all trauma work, cognitive re-scripting work, relaxation training, awareness exercises, and any designated exercises and involvement that is appropriate to strengthening client resiliency, self-awareness, and appropriate management of their behavior. All exercises and involvement can be counted towards their treatment requirements and goal attainments.

Our clinicians develop close relationships with clients to build trust and expose the root causes of their substance abuse. Our highly trained team has expertise in the fields of alcoholism, drug addiction and co-occurring disorders including depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.

Each client has a primary therapist who develops and manages their personalized treatment plan, as well as maintains communication with the families and referents. Individual therapy is scheduled at a minimum of once (1) per week, or as often as deemed necessary by the therapist as indicated on the client’s individual treatment plan, for a minimum of 60 minutes per session, with emphasis on treatment plan goals and objectives.
